Sales order Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all Sales Orders and Order Acknowledgements issued by Warrington Trophy World Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

  1. Order Acknowledgement

A Sales Order or Order Acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order details and have reserved stock or scheduled production where applicable.
Occasionally, items may be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss available options.

  1. Proofs & Approval

Where artwork, engraving, or print proofs are provided, production will only proceed once written approval is received.
By approving a proof, the customer accepts full responsibility for:
Spelling, grammar, dates, and wording
Layout and positioning
Logos, images, and supplied artwork
Warrington Trophy World Ltd cannot be held responsible for errors approved at proof stage.

  1. Personalised & Bespoke Items

Personalised, engraved, printed, or bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.
Changes to personalisation details after approval may not be possible and, if accepted, may incur additional charges.

  1. Changes & Amendments
    Any changes requested after an Order Acknowledgement has been issued are subject to:
    Stock availability
    Production status
    Additional costs
    Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
  2. Pricing & Errors

All prices are subject to confirmation.
Warrington Trophy World Ltd reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing, descriptions, or specifications prior to production. If a correction is required, the customer will be notified before proceeding.

  1. Delivery Dates

Any delivery or collection dates provided are estimated and not guaranteed.
Warrington Trophy World Ltd will not be liable for delays caused by:
Stock availability issues
Supplier delays
Courier delays
Customer approval delays
Events beyond our reasonable control

  1. Inspection of Goods

Customers must inspect goods upon receipt or collection.
Any shortages, damage, or faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or collection.

  1. Liability

Warrington Trophy World Ltd’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, reputation, or event-related costs.

  1. Ownership of Artwork

Unless agreed otherwise, all artwork prepared by Warrington Trophy World Ltd remains our intellectual property.
Customer-supplied artwork is used in good faith, and the customer confirms they have the right to use it.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

Confirmation, payment, or approval of a Sales Order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
