Brilliant service. After a late change of plans I needed trophies at the last minute at a busy time of year for the store. The staff of Warrington Trophy World went out of their way to help me, engraving trophies for me whilst I waited in order to save me a return trip to collect them (which I would have been happy to do). Warrington Trophy World provide excellent customer service and go the extra mile. They have a strong product knowledge and deliver exactly what is needed when it’s needed. The local youth football club I help order over 400 trophies for members and Andy and Rob and the team never lose sight of the children who are the end customers and regularly perform miracles if any extra last minute requests come in (as they invariably do), rather than disappoint the children. Needed to look for a local company to our office as we needed to arrange (very quickly!) a couple of trophies for our upcoming company event (Langtree). From my initial call to picking up our order everything went so smoothly and was kept informed. Very polite, friendly and helpful, must give a special thanks for the extremely quick turnaround (day 1 rang to discuss, placed order on line, day 2 collected items and all engraved!!), on collection i found a well stocked shop and everything laid out well, website easy to navigate and use.
