From my initial call to picking up our order everything went so smoothly and was kept informed. Very polite, friendly and helpful, must give a special thanks for the extremely quick turnaround (day 1 rang to discuss, placed order on line, day 2 collected items and all engraved!!), on collection i found a well stocked shop and everything laid out well, website easy to navigate and use.
