Ordering, delivery and collection

How do I order trophies or medals?

Choose your award, select the available options and check the quantity and any personalisation before checkout. If you are ordering for a club, school or event and need help choosing, contact our team or visit the Warrington shop.

Can I see the awards in person?

Yes. You can visit us at 31 Irwell Road, Warrington WA4 6BA during shop opening hours. The selection on display may differ from the full online range, so contact us first if you want to see a particular award.

How long will my order take?

Our shipping and delivery page gives the current lead times and delivery options. Times can vary with stock and personalisation. If you have a presentation date coming up, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss it.

Can I collect my order from the shop?

Yes. Choose click and collect when it is offered at checkout. We will let you know when your order is ready to collect from our Warrington shop. See shipping and delivery for the current collection guidance.

How much does delivery cost?

The available services and charges are shown at checkout. You can also check our shipping and delivery page for current rates and any free delivery threshold.

Products and personalisation

Can you engrave a trophy or medal?

Personalisation options depend on the award. Check the product page for the available engraving choices, or ask us if you have a particular design in mind. Please check names, dates and spelling carefully before you place the order.

Can you print a logo or design on an award?

Some awards can be printed with a logo or full-colour design. The method and artwork requirements depend on the product. Send us the details and we can advise what is suitable.

What materials are your awards made from?

Materials vary across the range. Check each product page for its description, size and finish. If the material matters for your event or engraving, contact us before ordering and we will help you choose.

Can I choose matching awards in different sizes?

Many ranges have different sizes, which can work well for winners, runners-up and individual prizes. Sizes and availability vary by product, so check the options shown on your chosen award.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us promptly with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review it and explain the next steps. You can also read our returns information.

Can I return a personalised award?

Returns for personalised items are handled differently from standard items. Please read our returns information and contact us with your order number before sending anything back.

After being let down by another online company, I am so thankful to of found Warrington Trophy World. Phoned this afternoon and have just picked up 30 medals ready for tomorrow Sports Day. Quality is brilliant and much better than what I’d been able to find online, choice of ribbons and competitive price. Warrington Trophy World provide excellent customer service and go the extra mile. They have a strong product knowledge and deliver exactly what is needed when it’s needed. The local youth football club I help order over 400 trophies for members and Andy and Rob and the team never lose sight of the children who are the end customers and regularly perform miracles if any extra last minute requests come in (as they invariably do), rather than disappoint the children. Truly a community service and outstanding local business.
