Returns Guarantee

Warrington Trophy World Limited guarantee that if you are unhappy with any award purchased from us, we will exchange it or refund the cost if returned within 7 days of delivery.

We ask you to check your order within 48 hours of receipt of the order and we must contacted by email prior to returning an item.

  • Items that are Engraved are not returnable unless the error is with us.
  • Products which have not been engraved are to be returned at the customers cost.
  • Unwanted items are to be returned at the customers cost
  • Products should be returned to us packed in the original packaging and in the original condition.
  • Should any goods be received back by Warrington Trophy World with unreported damaged or fault, then no refund can be given.
  • Only faulty goods will be returned at cost to Warrington Trophy World
  • We recommend that you use a ‘signed for’ delivery service for returns and obtain proof of posting.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
  • Please note, if a refund is granted the refund does not include the cost of engraving (unless the error is with Warrington Trophy World) or postage

Return of Engraved Products

Should an engraved product arrive to you we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order via email. If the error is on a flat engraving, a replacement will be sent out within 24 working hours. We will also send a simple instructions on how to replace the plate via email or post.

The Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. please note you are responsible for paying the postage for returned items (Unless faulty).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returning you order

Please note you are responsible for paying the postage for returned items. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and return via a reputable courier such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing these items from any refund when goods are returned to us damaged (if we are not notified beforehand).

Your right to return or cancel goods to us does not apply to any items that have been engraved or customised specifically for you.
