Online Purchases
At Warrington Trophy World, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item.
Returns Eligibility:
- You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return your online purchase.
- You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Process:
1. Notification:Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt to inform us of your intention to return the item. Please provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2.Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please Note:
– Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
– Engraved items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
– If an item is found to be damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
In-Store Purchases
For items purchased in-store at Warrington Trophy World, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items:
– If you believe your item is faulty, please bring it to our store along with your proof of purchase.
– Our staff will inspect the item, and if a fault is found, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as per your preference and our store policy.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our returns policy. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.
- Items that are Engraved are not returnable unless the error is with us.
- Products which have not been engraved are to be returned at the customers cost.
- Unwanted items are to be returned at the customers cost
- Products should be returned to us packed in the original packaging and in the original condition.
- Should any goods be received back by Warrington Trophy World with unreported damaged or fault, then no refund can be given.
- Only faulty goods will be returned at cost to Warrington Trophy World
- We recommend that you use a ‘signed for’ delivery service for returns and obtain proof of posting.
- This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
- Please note, if a refund is granted the refund does not include the cost of engraving (unless the error is with Warrington Trophy World) or postage
Return of Engraved Products
Should an engraved product arrive to you we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order via email. If the error is on a flat engraving, a replacement will be sent out within 24 working hours. We will also send a simple instructions on how to replace the plate via email or post.
The Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. please note you are responsible for paying the postage for returned items (Unless faulty).Â
To start a return, you can contact us at info@warringtontrophyworld.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returning you order
Please note you are responsible for paying the postage for returned items. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and return via a reputable courier such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing these items from any refund when goods are returned to us damaged (if we are not notified beforehand).
Your right to return or cancel goods to us does not apply to any items that have been engraved or customised specifically for you.
